NOC (Network Operation Center)

Responsibilities:
- Network configuration
- Network monitoring
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers
- Troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Male/Female
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Min. SMK Computer Network Engineering / Network Access Engineering or equivalent
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good Team player, interpersonal skills, fast learner & self motivated
- Strong communication skills with positive attitude
- Able to work shift
- Understand operation System (Linux, Mikrotik)
- Understand telecommunication basic
- Understand Wireless Networking and troubleshooting well
- Understand computer network basic (LAN, W-LAN & WAN)
- Understand VSAT basic (SCPC & TDMA)
