Nowadays, they are seeking for qualified candidates to fill in positions as: Customer Service Surabaya (Jawa Timur) Responsibilities: Interact directly with customer to fulfill their needs Perform customer verifications, process orders, forms, applicants and request. Direct request and unresolved issues to appropriate departments Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and details of actions. Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma any field. Have at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
