Requirements:
- Male, age 24-28 years old
- Min. Diploma degree from Computer, Electro or System Information
- Having min. 2 years experience in related position
- Able to manage emotion restrain & capable in handling complaint with empathy
- A good team player but to work independently
- Able to work in shift and/or during holiday and willing to extend working hour
- Willing to travel
- First level support for system (software) issues according to assignment & training
- Full support for hardware problems according to assignment & training
- Initiate problem escalation according to procedure
- Setup & Configuration PC / Notebook
- Setup & Configuration PC hardware / Network devices
- Network and electric cabling
